26 apples are bought for Rs. 10
26/10 apples or 2.6 apples are bought for Re. 1
Now Profit percentage is 30%
Let the number of apples be x
Now, Cp= 1/2.6
Sp= 1/x
Profit percentage=
 \frac{1}{x}  -  \frac{1}{2.6}  = \frac{30}{100} (given  \: already ) \\  = >   \frac{2.6 - x}{2.6 \times x}  =  \frac{3}{10} \\  =  > 10 \times (2.6 - x)  = 3 \times 2.6 \times x \\  =  > 26 - 10x = 7.8x \\  =  >  - 10x - 7.8x =  - 26 \\  =  >  - (17.8x) =  - 26 \\  =  > x =  \frac{26}{17.8}  \\  =  > x = 1.46(approximate)

Therefore, 1.5 (approx.) apples should be sold to make a profit of 30%
