Respectfully I wish to state that I am a student of Greenwood Global School, Ludhiana, and affiliation no. 16598. I am appearing for my 10th Boards Exam in March 2019, Admit Card No. 245556789 (As is mentioned in the List of Candidates). There is mistake in my admit card. In the card my father’s name is written as Surinder Dhir; but the correct spelling of his name are Surender Dhir. Kindly correct the mistake. I am attaching the required proofs along with the letter for your perusal. I shall be highly obliged. Thanking you.

I am a student of class XII and would like to point out a vital mistake which has been made on my admit card.
As you know that admit card is an important piece of document.
Hence I would like my name error to be fixed from Ashna Sharda to Aashna Sharda.
