Respectfully I beg to say that I am a student of class VI-A. I have been suffering from fever since yesterday. My doctor has advised me rest for two days. So I cannot attend the school.

Kindly grant me leave from 12-09-20 to 13-09-20. I shall be very grateful to you.

It is stated that I am....... class teacher of 9th grade submitting this leave application for today due to severe headache. Yesterday when I go back home from the school. I was feeling little headache and I took medicin but there was no relief. Today I will go to doctor because it is same like migraine and unbearable pain do not allow me to do anything. It would be very dangrous for my health so,I request you for leaves till relief from this headache. Thanking you.
