I, Abhinay Kartik of class XI-Science of your school, want to say that my grandmother's health is very unwell. She has high fever and is not able to walk properly. She also has tonsil issue which is causing her to vomit every now and then. Moreover, there is no one at home right now and I am the only individual left to take care of my grandmother.

Therefore, I request you kindly to provide me leave for the next four days, i.e., from 4-12-2018 to 08-12-2018, so that I can look after her as well as assist her in her appointments with the doctor. I hope you will find my condition applicable for the leave.
