Dear Sir,
I beg most respectfully to state that my father has been officially transferred from Chittagong to Dhaka city. Our family has also shifted there. But my parents want me to stay here / in Chittagong for my school. We have no relative here. So I need a seat in the school hostel.
May I therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to allot a seat / accommodation a hostel seat for me in the school hostel and oblige thereby.
