Reverent Sir,
I have to notify you that yesterday evening I had a Malaria fever. Then my mother took me to the doctor. The doctor checked me and I got 103 degrees fever. Then the doctor gave me medicine and asked to rest. For this reason I can not come to school for 3 days. On account of my sickness, I request you to kindly grant me leave for 1th-3rd july, 2017. I shall be utterly obliged in for this.
