Subject: Application for exemption from attending the extra classes.
Sir:
I wish to state that my daughter, Rahima , studying in XII Commerce won’t be able to attend the extra classes being conducted at the school. Your decision to hold extra classes for the weak children is highly commendable. Since my daughter attends coaching classes immediately after the school, it is impossible for her to attend these classes. Kindly exempt her from attending these classes. I shall be highly grateful to you for the favour. Thanking you,

hey
it is not the place to ask such questions but anyhow you can bunk your classes by saying your not feeling well or you have to go to another place for studying like Tution so have to reach in time and many other reasons.
