Respected sir,
With due respect, I want to say that I am a bonafide student of your school/college. On date 28/9/19, I was not able to come to college due to heavy rain in the area. I come to college every day on (Transport name). But due to heavy rain on that day, the streets were fully flooded and sewers were flowing to their full capacity due to which it was impossible to ride. Also, the climatic conditions were very harsh and I have no raincoat or shoes. These were some genuine reasons which compelled me not to come to college on that day. You are kindly requested to grant me leave for that one day so that my fine for absence can be remitted.
I hope that you will grant me a leave for one day based on my genuine problem. I shall be very thankful to you for this kindness. Thanking you in advance.
