Sir/Madam,

            Subject: Request for availing the school transport bus 

    Our son/daughter Sunda Mikel is studying in Hindustani School. We wish that he/she uses the school transport bus for daily commutation to school. At present he/she uses the public transport. That creates problems in reaching the school in time and also in a healthy state.  He/loses loses his/her enthusiasm due to varying weather conditions. There is a problem of safety too.  We consider the school transport to be safer and convenient for him/her.

   We request to make suitable arrangements as soon as possible.
