Sir,
It is stated that I am a student class XI, Section B-13 at your college. My roll No. is 02. I belong to a poor family. My father is a hawker and he has a family of six children to raise. I am the eldest of all of my siblings. There is no one other than my father to support my family. My other sisters and brothers are also getting an education in Govt. Schools.
Sir, I had given you the application for fee concession and you were kind enough to grant me full fee concession. Being exempted from college fees, there are other expenses that cannot be met without financial assistance. The books, buying notes and stationery, paying hostel dues, library fees, bus fares, and other day-to-day expenses are hard to be managed.
My roll no. 02 shows my position in the merit of the college. I have an excellent academic history. I became 2nd in the merit list of the college. I have been regular and punctual throughout my two months of tenure at the college. My performance in the monthly tests is excellent.
Under these conditions, I deserve a needy scholarship. I request you to grant me a full scholarship so that I may focus on my education without financial worries. I shall be highly thankful to you for this kindness.
