This is to inform you that I Jyoti Singh from standard X -D want one week's leave. i.e. from 8 October 2010 to 13 October 2010 because I was having a high fever for a couple of days despite that I was attending school. But last night I fainted due to a high fever and was even rushed to hospital.

Therefore, I will not able to attend classes for one week once I recover and start again.

Kindly grant me leave for one week. I shall be obliged to you for this.
