Sir,

I am Losblancos, resident of house number, in area, city. My house has 1- phase electricity connection. Since long time, there has been too much power cut in our area.

We have family business, which is highly dependent on electricity connection, since we need 24*7 broadband.

Due to power cuts we are facing high loss, hence I request you to convert single phase connection at our home into 3- phase connection.

Recent electricity bill, and meter details are attached with the letter. Kindly look into the matter, and do prompt action.
