Sir,

     with due respect, I would like to say that I'm Rishi Singh from class 7 B, this monsoon season a lot of rain had happened and due to this flood had reached my home and we facing issues in our day-to-day life. And I'm unable to reach school due flood had jammed the entire road.

There are a lot of people facing challenges in their day-to-day life because of floods and government is unable to provide us shelter and food, from the last two days we are on just a cup of water and food left due to the flood.

So it's my humble request to you, please allow me to attend the exam later after the flood issue had been solved so I can come to school without facing any issues.
