Respected Sir,
I own a gas connection with your gas agency. The consumer number is 36413 and the gas connection is in the name of Mrs V Girija Devi.
I want to surrender my gas connection because of my outstation transfer. I have been transferred to Hyderabad by my employer .Your gas company does not provide services in Hyderabad.

I request you to close my gas connection as soon as possible. Please let me know if I have any dues to be cleared.
