Answer:

Domino's follows 12 out of 14 of Domino's follows 12 out of 14 of those principles. Ones that I saw that it didn't follow was number 8 (centralization) and number 12 ( stability of tenure of personnel)

With centralization, Domino's employees have a high turnaround rate. There's an extremely stressful job environment to work under. For inside personnel and management there are no set lunch breaks, and they are supposed to continuously strive for the common goal by getting all their orders out the door as fast as possible with the best quality, while managing to prep up the store for busier parts of the day in between orders, almost always by themselves with no inside help.

For drivers, because the management is so busy they are almost always having to stay after on their shifts. They have to rely on the manager to be able to clock them out at the end of the shift by gathering all their money and figuring out there tips. This makes for very low morale all around and Dominos. However, some people do enjoy the high stress of it all, I did most of the time.
