All type of engineering is needed to built a thing.
So, when it comes to teaching machines or how they work is totally in the hands of IT and CSE departments. CSE is more vast than IT. They only need to know about the Basic things like coding, problem solving and then Master it.
But, CSE need to know the roots fro where the coding starts and do the same thing after as the IT do!
