THE LONGITUDINAL MECHANICAL WAVES HAVING FREQUENCIES GREATER THAN 20000 Hz. ARE CALLED ULTRASONIC WAVE. HUMAN HEAR CAN NOT DETECT THIS WAVES. BUT CERTAIN CREATURES LIKE DOGS ,. CAT , BAT , ETC. THEY DETECT THE SOUND .
