Subject:Delay for being late for fee submission.

Dear sir /madam,

With due respect, firstly I'll like to be sorry about being this much delay in the submission of the fee. Due to some financial and medical issue I could not pay my fee.

I hearby request you to grant my pending fee delay leave which I'll clear it the upcoming month as soon as possible.
