Subject: Application for leave for four days.

Sir:

I wish to state that my elder brother’s wedding ceremonies are to be held from May2, 2018 to May 5, 2018. My presence at the ceremonies is indispensable. Besides, being a brother I have to shoulders many responsibilities pertaining to the marriage arrangements. I seek your permission to remain absent from the school for the said days. I shall be highly grateful to you for the favour. The wedding card is attached herewith for your perusal.

Respected Sir

With due regards it is to inform you that severe riots are going on in the market place every day, As such there is violence in the air. We students find it hard to attend our school due to fear of getting trapped.

As such it's an earnest request to you, on behalf of the school students, to kindly declare a week's holiday. Hope everything will be peaceful by then.
