With due respect, this is to inform you that I am a student of class VIII 'B' in your school. I have been in this school for the last three years. Unfortunately, I will be not able to continue from the next session in this school as my father is transferred to Bhopal. Therefore, I will continue my studies from there onwards.
As the session is getting over in a month, I would request you to give me a transfer certificate for the same.
