RE:LOUD MUSIC IN MY AREA

I am writing to you to complain about my noisy neighbors .here are a number of night clubs that border our residence and as a matter of fact people cant sleep in my estate at peace while even children cannot read or do homework at my pace .I am requesting that you take action as soon as possible for we really need your intervention .
