Subject: Needing an extension of time against due date to submit school fees.

Dear Mam

              My son, Rohit Sharma of Class VIII B, ( Roll No 1404)  is a student of your school since the last seven years. At this juncture , he is a scholar of your school and has won the appreciation of teachers and students. Due to an unseen exigency, we are unable to pay the school fees of thirty four thousand, this term. I would be grateful if you could help us with an extension of the same , by a month latest by October 15 th   2018.
