Respected Sir,

I am _____a student of ______ school studying in class ___ A I want to give a complain on one student his name is____ i ask him everyday to give my books back,  but he never gives them back .in the presence of the teacher he is acting like he has given my books but when the teacher leaves he teases me and says that he will never give my books back

i am unable to write my class notes and do my homework

i am even getting scolded as i am not able to finish my work
