Respected Sir,
I humbly beg to inform you that the main road of ABC Village is full of pot holes since it has not been repaired for more than a decade. It is completely damaged and unpliable. The villagers are suffering untold hardship with the bad and dangerous condition of the road. It is so bad that even autorickshaws and taxis refused to go to this village on hire.
Therefore, I earnestly request you to personally look into the matter for repairing the road at the earliest.
