Respected sir it is quite common that children and teachers use their recess and lunch time in canteen and if it is not hygienic and it is better for them not to visit it but since it is a habit of them to go there everyday and set some students are complaining that the canteen is not hygienic and no one actually brooms it it is because of this reason that I am writing the letter to you and I hope that you will check into the problem as soon as possible and give a supplier solution because cleanliness is next to godliness
