Hey buddy here is your answer !!

Request For Permission to Bring A Cell Phone To School Request For Permission to Bring A Cell Phone To School
I would like to request permission to allow my child
to bring a cell
phone to school for the purpose of:
_.
I have read the student handbook and understand:
Cell phones are a distraction to the learning day. If your child must have a
cell phone please contact your child’s teacher and fill out a request for the
child to bring the phone to school. The phone will be turned over to the
classroom teacher during the day, and calls will not be made from beginning
to the ending of the school day. The school is not responsible for the loss of
the cell phone.

Dear Y5 and Y6 Parents
Children’s mobile phone
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Last year a few children brought their mobile phones to school. This was because they were walking home
alone and their parents wished them to have their phone in case of emergencies, or to call them to let
them know they were leaving school. The phones were switched off before they arrived in the playground
and handed to the teacher at the beginning of school for safety.
This year we seem to have a huge number of children with phones and we are having problems because
they are being used in the playground before school and not being handed to teachers.
If your child is being collected from school there is no reason they need their phone in school. Please could
you sign the slip below to indicate that you wish your child to have a phone for their safety and then we will
know who should have phones and who shouldn’t? This will also enable us to make sure that the phones
are looked after as it would be very upsetting if they were lost or damaged.
Phones should be switched off completely before entering the playground and handed to the teacher at
8.55am. All the Y5 and Y6 teachers have a place where phones are kept safely.
Yours sincerely
