Respected Sir,
Most humbly I wish to inform you that my mother has suddenly fallen ill and was admitted to the Civil Hospital. So, I wish to stay by her side while she is getting medical treatment at the hospital.
Therefore, I request you to consider my request and grant me leave for five days, that is from 9th to 13th February 2022.
I will remain ever grateful to you for your sympathetic approval of my leave application.
