With due respect it is to be stated that I recently have been diagnosed by a critical medical condition hepatitis B. Hepatitis B is an infection of a liver. It can cause scarring of the organ, liver failure, and cancer. This condition has made me bedridden. Therefore, It is not possible for me to come office and need leave for a month. Doctors have appointed me complete bed rest and assured me that if I follow the medical routine then I am hopeful to be healthy soon. This medical condition is deteriorating my health. I do not feel alright myself. Therefore, it is requested to give me leave for a month so I can recover early and get back to work as soon as possible.
Kindly, grant me leave for one month so I soon get back my health and come to work as soon as possible. I shall be grateful for this kindness.
