Sir,

I, Akash Agarwal,a student of class VIII A, want to state that the electric fan in our classroom is not working.

The classroom has only two fans and one of them isn't working. During summer, the students sitting in the back rows suffer due to extreme heat.We students have complained about it many times but haven't yet got the fan repaired.

So,we request you to repair the fan as soon as possible. I hope we'll be in a good condition after a few weeks. Sorry for inconvenience.
