Sub: Application for permission for arranging Meena Bazaar in the school compound.

Respected Ma’am,

                    We, the students of Class 12 A are planning to organize a bazaar, named Meena Bazaar, in the school indoor court. We are planning to sell items such as handicrafts made by students of our class, show case items made by ourselves. We are also arranging a food court for our customers. The profit that we get will be used for charity purpose. This is actually a stage for our friends to show case their talents before everyone. Each and every student can participate in this programme.  

                             I, on behalf of the students of Class 12 A, kindly request you to grant permission for our programme. We invite you to our Meena bazaar.
