hey guys ur
answer is below

The Molecular Pharmacology & Drug Design (MPDD) group focuses on understanding the nature of the molecular recognition processes between drugs and their macromolecular targets. We are interested in discovering the determinants of these interactions, exploring how they modulate the biological activities of the target, and in exploiting this knowledge to discover, design, and optimise new therapeutic agents. Our ultimate goal is to develop novel small molecule therapeutics for a number of different disorders, including cancer, infectious diseases, and those conditions that might be ameliorated via interaction with G-protein coupled receptors.

The MPDD is composed of four laboratories which together occupy the 2nd floor (south) of the Wallace Wurth building; the Computer-Aided Drug Design Laboratory, G-Protein Coupled Receptor Laboratory, Cancer Drug Discovery Laboratory and Pharmaceutical Medicine Program.
