1. patato is very healthy food, which is gluten free and rich in antioxidants with very low calorie but excess of anything leads to huge danger ,bread is necessary for health but it should be home made.

patato has many beneficial nutrients but eating it daily is not easy to digest and can lead to obesity and laziness in body ,It also contain some poisonous chemical which can slowly damage our body where as bread is also very nutritious to us but most of bread are doesn't made by whole wheat and are rich in gluten so taking it daily is very harmful for our body.
