look any integer to the power 0 is equal to 1

thus
 {3}^{0} = 1
and thus
 {3}^{0} \times {2}^{5} = 32
and similarly
 {5}^{0} = 1
thus we will just simply add 1 to 32

( {3}^{0} \times {2}^{5} ) + 5 {}^{0} \\( 1 \times 32) + 1 \\ 32 + 1 = 33
