Given p(x)=x3−3x2+4x+50 and g(x)=x−3

Here, p(x) is divided by g(x)

The remainder is p(3) =33−3(3)2+4×3+50   (By Remainder Theorem)

  •      =27−27+12+50

  •    =62

Thus, the remainder is 62

Answer:

Given p(x)=x

3

−3x

2

+4x+50 and g(x)=x−3

Here, p(x) is divided by g(x)

The remainder is p(3) =3

3

−3(3)

2

+4×3+50 (By Remainder Theorem)

=27−27+12+50

=62

Thus, the remainder is 62
