This poem was written by Christian D Lorsen. The writer tells that he promise himself that he would be always happy and contented and nothing can disturb his peace. When he met other people he talks about health, happiness, and prosperity and does not disturb others by asking about their worries.
He wants to smile always and be optimistic (meaning seeing only good things and be positive).
