Tansen is a famous poem written by the poet Hazrat Inayat Khan the poem tells us that how King Akbar praise Tansen one day Deepak Raag and his body started burning like a fire then a medium Sang Malhar the song of water cold and dancing came back to normal King Akbar asked can see that he wish to meet Ustad who taught him singing but Ustad lived in in the caves of Himalayas and disdained to meet to the Kings then Akbar and Tansen in the Robes of poverty went to Ustad when Ustad started singing Akbar open his mouth to priest Ustad as soon as a boy open his mouth is that had vanished when Akbar asked Tansen to sing like his Ustad Tansen said that I can't because I sing for you and Ustad sing for God.

the poem Tansen is written by a famous poet Hazrat Inayat Khan . the poet has described the teacher student relationship between tansen and Akbar and about the different rags Like Deepak Raag, Malhar Raag and malkous Raag with the help of the medium of music here the poem explains that Akbar Majestic king appreciates one of his chief jewels tansen for his amazing fantastic singing and give his precious gems. one day when Tansen Sang Deepak Raag his body started burning like a pyre. to comfort him and safe his life a maiden came and sang the song of cold water the Malhar Rang and tansen returned as of old. Akbar told tansen that he wanted to meet his Majestic teacher but tansen told Akbar that his teacher lives in Himalaya he refuses to meet to the kings. so King Akbar and Tansen dressed up in poverty and went the teacher .the teacher Sang Raag malkous all ecstatic, all the birds and beasts came to listen this song but when Akbar open his To Praise the teacher the teacher vanished away when Akbar asked tansen that could he sing the same then tansen told that he can't because the heavenly Rapture rolls delighted Akbar's heart by teacher's singing as he sand for God and tansen sang for Akbar.
