Answer:
Hope it will help you
Explanation:
I greatly admired the poem written by Robert Frost. The reason why I enjoyed this poem is because he intends to use lots of action and details; Robert Frost makes you think you are actually there making your own decision. He attracts your attention when he describes thoroughly his actions such as "long I stood and looked down as far as I could to where it bent undergrowth. The way he describes the setting " two roads diverged in a yellow wood" that sentence grabbed my full attention. Obviously this is happening outdoors and the word yellow is an example of imagery. Yellow meant the color of the trees and foliage. You can picture the image even if your not their. Thats why I have interest in this wonderful poem.
The road not taken deals with the choice between two roads and with the results of his choice. The question is should the man take the popular road in which many travel or should he take the unpopular road the one less traveled by? "Because the road was grassy and wanted wear" it shows he may not want to be like everybody else, a follower, Instead a leader. He says "oh I kept the first for another day" meaning it took him a long time to make the decision, he knows the decision he made would be the outcome of his life, so he is choosing wisely and he is taking his time to make the right decision. "In leaves no step had trodden back, meant that people who did choose the road less traveled didn't cross any difficulties or obstacles." I shall be telling this with a sigh somewhere ages and ages hence" this might not be meant it in a negative way but in a positive way.
