THE REASON IS THAT THE RAIN IS FELL AT THE PLACE WHERE THERE IS A LOT OF MOISTURE IN THE AIR DURING WINTER THE CLIMATE IS COLD AND THE AIR CONTAINS A LOT OF MOISTURE
DURING SUMMERS THE WATER IN THE EARTH'S SURFACE IS EVAPORATED MORE AND IS DIRECTED TOWARDS THE CLOUDS AND THE CLOUDS WILL RELEASE LESS WATER BUT THERE WILL BE A LOT OF WATER STORED AS THE TIME WHEN CLOUDS BECOME COOL THE MOISTURE BECOMES PRECIPITATE AND IS FALLEN AS RAIN
