The examples of different biogeochemical cycles are: sulfur, nitrogen, carbon, and phosphorous cycles and these are very important to the living organisms as well. Since we have known what exactly a biogeochemical cycle is, so this is pretty clear that aquarium is not necessary in biogeochemical cycle.
