because acids have tendency to release H+ ions in aquesous solution and we know the electricity is just flow of charges......so if acid in aquesous solution releases charges then they will flow resulting in conduction of electricity.......

acids are those that produce hydrogen ion when dissolved in water  while bases produce hydroxide ions ,these ions in water acts as charge carriers and hence conduct electricity stronger acids dissociste completely and produce ions
