In order for a solution to be acidic it should dissosciate into hydronium ions which should be the ony positivey charged ion.In case of glucose (with formula c6h12o6) the dissosciation doesnt occur as glucose is composed of molecules. Also an acid reacting with a base should release salt and water only, this reaction wont happen as well hence they are not acidic in nature.

Because HCL and HNO3 dissociates into ions in aqueous solutions liberating H+ and Cl- and NO3- ions

While glucose doesn't dissociates into ions so it does not show acidic character
