$⟶$Area of the total chart = l × b

= 60 cm × 50 cm

= 3000cm²

$⟶$Area of the border = 4 + 4 = 8 cm

(Borders are on both sides to added)

$⟶$Area after adding border

= 68 cm × 58 cm = 3944 cm²

$⟶$Area left to stick pictures

= (3944 - 3000) = 944 cm²
