Given each side of the tile =10 cm

Area of one tile = (10×10)=100 cm square

And also given the length of kitchen =220 cm

Breadth of kitchen =180 cm

Area of the kitchen floor =(l×b)

=(220*180) cm square

=39,600 cm square

Total no. of tiles needed =39600/100

=396 tiles (Ans).
