archit dropped a crystal of potassium permagnate into two bicker Aand b containg hot water and cold water respectivly after keeping the beaker undisturbed for sometime, what did he observed and why?

He will observe that the beaker containing hot water changes it colour to purple at a faster rate than that of cold water.That is,the rate of diffusion will be faster in hot water and the particles will get into the space of liquid particles very fastly.This is because temperature is directly proportional to kinetic energy as the temperature is more the kinetic energy in the crystal increases and and the particles rapidly move throughout the liquid changing its colour.It can best said that the rate of diffusion is ∝ to temperature.
