because they are lie in north and south poles as the region was fully covered with snow there will be no soil . the temperature will be low and altitude will be high

Arctic and Antarctic do not have soil. Thrse areas are located around the poles and are called Polar regions. They do not have soil particles as they only have ice on their surface. Most of the part of these areas are either covered by ice crystals / mounds of ice or glaciers.
