Are all actions sub-conscious?

Can all conscious thoughts and actions be just illusions, thus qualifying it just to fit in to sub-conscious?

The conscious is the part of your mind that you can willingly access at any point. However, the subconscious is harder to access and often not seen(like the bottom of the iceberg). Sometimes your unconscious mind makes an appearance in your life. have you ever been saying a sentence and instead of saying the word you wanted said something else. Well that is termed “Freudian Slip”. It is beleived by many that, that was your subconscious making an appearance externally.
