The anhydrous salts of copper such as $$CuF_2$$ and $$CuSO_4$$ have white colour. This is because of the absence of water molecules (ligands), there is no splitting of d-orbitals in anhydrous copper salts. Hydrated copper sulphate (which contains 5 molecules of water) is blue in colour.
