Are all lenses in the human eye the same. Does everyone get the exact same lens as a replacement in cataract surgery?

i think yes.because all eyes of human beings are bit same

Human eye have Biconvex lens. This lens can change its size according to the distance of about object. When object is placed at distant place then its size increases but when object is placed at near place its size decreases.
