Are all metals malleable and ductile ?why or why not.

yes the metal are mellable and ductile This is because of the ability of the atoms to roll over each other into new positions without breaking the metallic bond. I hope it help u but there are some exception also

no there are some exceptions....
some metals are soft like phosphorus and sodium whereas some are liquid like mercury ..which cannot be malleable and ductile
