Not all metals are solid and malleable there are some exception like mercury....

no, all metals r not solid, malleable and ductile. There r some exception for eg.. Mercury is a metal which is liquid at room temperature.. and lead is a metal which is soft and is neither malleable nor ductile but it is a metal...
